With over 2,000 staff across multiple offices and project sites in the Middle East, the stream provided a unique insight for employees to put their questions to the management team, including the regional CEO and the managing directors for different business divisions.
Prior to the stream, Atkins had tried and tested various internal comms formats to get their messages across to their employees, but it was felt that the streaming environment would provide a great opportunity for a transparent, honest discussion and engagement among the company’s disparate workforce.
markettiers4dc carefully chose and recce'd an appropriate venue to conduct the event from and then set up a multi-camera shoot and streaming facility from the location itself. The panel were all fully briefed beforehand to give them a feel for being in the hot seat. Pre-promotion of the stream in advance on the company’s intranet page resulted in vast amounts of questions being received, with as many as possible answered during the stream.
The quality of the content delivered was strong and the on-demand version has now been shared internally across the business.
