Photobox publishes book for charity

Photobox is making a book of the best photos taken by the British public. The first edition will be given as a gift to Harry and Meghan on their wedding day, whilst the other books will be sold. All the proceeds will go to Help for Heroes.

The aim was to drive awareness and engagement with the campaign and ultimately encourage Brits to send their pictures to “The Crown from the Crowd” website for a chance to have picture they’ve taken of a member of the royal family, featured in the book. Available for interview were Jennie Bond, Royal Correspondent, and Dominic Sandbrook, Royal Historian.

markettiers consulted on the assets available for the campaign and advised consumer research would create newslines. Having spokespeople with high media equity complemented by regionally relevant data meant we could target specific geographical areas as well as top-tier media focus. Also, two spokespeople meant we simultaneously were able to have Jennie on the sofa at Sky Sunrise, whilst Dominic took part in a series of radio interviews until Jennie joined him in our studio.

We secured a TV coverage with Sky Sunrise, plus radio interviews with a raft of regional BBC stations such as BBC Radio Cambridgeshire, BBC Radio Devon, BBC Radio Lancashire, BBC Somerset, BBC Radio Bristol, amongst others plus regional commercial stations – in total securing 17 items of broadcast coverage.
