This week, our teams in the UK and in Dubai have joined forces for a major announcement by the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority about their new adventure attraction. From December, visitors to the northernmost emirate will be able to experience the world’s longest, fastest zipline, descending from Jebel Jais – the UAE’s highest mountain.
Over the past weeks and months, we have worked with RAK TDA to develop content that includes CGI footage of the zipline when it is completed, as well as stunning shots of the landscape where the zipline will be built. We’ve also coordinated with senior RAK spokespeople and the team from Puerto Rico who are building the zipline to capture sound bites and shots of the team in action.
The resulting content was embargoed for 11 am UK time / 2 pm UAE time on Tuesday and within the first few hours landed with, TimeOut Dubai, Shortlist Dubai, Esquire UAE, Khaleej Times and Gulf News in-region, whilst PA Multimedia edited the B-Roll to create their own video, now live on MSN, Yahoo and The Belfast Telegraph amongst others. Coverage has also gone live on The Express (UK), 24.ae and Deluxe Dubai, with Dubai TV due to air the story on Wednesday afternoon.
