The Sleep Council: The Great British Bedtime Report

markettiers4dc worked closely with The Sleep Council to produce a broadcast campaign for their Great British Bedtime report. Opinion Matters were commissioned to carry out an in depth study, surveying 5,000+ UK adults to uncover the state of the nation’s sleep as well as produce the report. The purpose of the campaign was to deliver advice to consumers on how to get a good night’s sleep.

markettiers4dc devised the entire broadcast campaign, using key statistics from the research to sell-in to key TV and radio broadcasters. We then coordinated and produced a range of broadcast content with the campaign spokesperson Jessica Alexander, from the Sleep Council, which included; live radio interviews, a video news feature and an audio feature.

Results:

High levels of media interest were generated and coverage was secured with a wealth of broadcast programming outlets, including: BBC Breakfast, Daybreak, Sky News Radio, BBC Wales, 5 Live. This resulted in approximately 160 plus items of coverage.

“Once again markettiers4dc and Opinion Matters have delivered a good, meaty campaign and helped us attain good quality national and regional coverage. The team get to grips with our objectives quickly, come up with creative and workable ideas and work with us in a flexible and helpful manner to achieve the desired results. It's a great partnership.” Jessica Alexander, The Sleep Council
